3/4 C flour, 1 t vanilla, 1/2 C...Breakfast Cookies:<br />3/4 C flour, 1 t vanilla, 1/2 C brown sugar, 1/2 t cinnamon, 1 med. apple (chopped), 1/2 t baking powder, 1 1/2 C oats, 2/3 C softened butter, 1 C shredded cheddar, 1 egg, 3/4 C raisins<br />Mix flour, cinnamon, baking powder. Stir in butter, egg, brown sugar & vanilla. Then add apples, oats, cheese, and raisins. Drop by spoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. @350.
